At Prime Cut Cafe we offer a great variety of wines, craft beers and distilled spirits. Our expert Bartenders and Servers can assist you to find the perfect match for your meal.

Our wines cover the spectrum of delicate whites and lighter reds to full bodied, rich and succulent Napa and Sonoma favorites. Our Chardonnay’s, Sauvignon Blanc’s and Pinot Grigio’s pair well with our seafood dishes. Pinot Noir’s are good with our chicken dishes and our cider brined pork chop. Having a steak? Try one of our full bodied reds like one of our malbec’s a syrah, cabernet or merlot. We have one that will enhance your meal and make your visit memorable. Our wine list is California focused although we allow a couple of others to sneak in here and there.

Our craft beers are available on tap and in the bottle and we have a good variety to please your favorite beer drinker. We update our selection frequently so there can be something new to try ever so often. If your a domestic beer fan we do have a good selection of the more popular beers from the U.S. and abroad.

Are you a distilled spirits drinker? We have a great selection of Whiskey including Rye’s, Bourbon’s and a full selection of scotch including Macallan 18 and Johnny Walker Blue Label. Our house Manhattan’s feature Carpano Antica vermouth and Fee Brothers Barrel Aged Bitters. Have a favorite Martini? Our expert Bartenders will make it just the way you like it!! Just like a mixed drink? We have a nice selection of house creations that will satisfy your thirst.
